At Seaserea, we take pride in creating unique items. We understand that these items are one-of-a-kind and cannot be replicated. As such, our return policy for unique items is designed to ensure your satisfaction while considering the nature of these special creations.

All purchases of unique items through Seaserea are regarded as final and non-returnable. Once an order is submitted and payment is processed, it cannot be canceled, altered, or returned for a refund, exchange, or store credit.

We conduct a comprehensive inspection of each unique item before it is shipped to ensure it adheres to our highest quality standards. Unique item(s) cannot be returned and/or refunded unless it is damaged during shipping. If you receive a damaged unique item(s), please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order to initiate a return. Please note photo evidence of the damage will be REQUIRED.

Please note that our unique items may have imperfections (i.e. glass vase and/or seashells). Some of our glass vases are hand blown and may have an imperfection(s). We take great pride in offering you exquisite seashells from the depths of nature. We understand that each shell is a unique creation, shaped by the whims of the ocean over time. As a result, some imperfections or fractures may naturally occur in our seashells. We want to emphasize that these imperfections or fractures are an inherent part of their charm and authenticity- they contribute to the individual character and beauty of each shell, making them one-of-a-kind treasures. We do not accept returns or exchanges based on our glass vase imperfections and/ or the unique imperfections or fractures of our seashells.

It is essential to review the unique item description, including dimensions, on our website carefully and ask any questions you may have before making a purchase. Please note that imperfections, such as variations in size, color, shape, or texture should not be considered as defects. Such imperfections do not constitute grounds for a return and/or refund. Rather, they are testaments to the genuine nature of these natural artifacts. We appreciate your understanding and respect for the inherent qualities of our seashells.
